Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders valued at ₹2,499 and above.
  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹2,499 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts to deliver your package.

If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or incorrect delivery information, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, any additional shipping, handling, or reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Regional lockdowns
  • Other unforeseen events

Silaayibyamaira shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, customers must:

  1. Record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  2. Take clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
  3. Share the order number and supporting evidence with our customer support team.

An unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
