Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it has shipped. A small cancellation fee may apply on prepaid orders to cover payment-gateway charges. Email silaayibyamaira@gmail.com with your order ID.
How do payments work?
Razorpay accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UPI, and Netbanking in INR.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery; we do not offer refunds on delivered orders. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
