Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds for delivered orders.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests related to:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
- Size-related issues
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product upon receipt.
Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in the rejection of the exchange request.
Accepted Exchange Reasons
Exchange requests may be accepted for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Size issues
- Change of mind (subject to approval and product condition)
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges due to size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
- If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be borne by Silaayibyamaira after verification of the claim.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used, washed, or worn products
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered orders. Eligible orders may only be exchanged in accordance with this policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
In the event of a cancellation before shipment, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or actual payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover transaction and processing costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the exchange policy outlined above.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
- Mandatory unboxing video (for damaged, defective, incorrect item, missing item, or size-related claims)
